This is specific list of what I have been doing for each condition (or life experience) that have written about in this blog.

Anemia

• Diet
  • I eat responsibly-raised beef at least once a week.
  • I make a pot of these red lentils twice a month.
• Supplements
  • Hema-Plex Iron, I take the recommended dose daily during pregnancy and postpartum. If not pregnant, I take it at least 3 days before I start my menstrual cycle, and 5 days after I begin.
  • Adding the mineral Copper through food, helps the body balance out the iron in the body. See this podcast for more information.

Disassociation

I have found this specific symptom to be a protective reaction of the autonomic nervous system. I don’t label it as depression intentionally. I think there is reactive forces in play that I’ve needed to address.
