Mitochondria live within each cell. They are dynamic communicators and have the power to sense the safety and then tell the cell to "turn the power source on"-- stimulating healthy cells!
OR communicate--turn the energy down, creating what is often called a "state of collapse".
For our bodies to fully function (POWER ON) it needs the assistance of the healthy-supported cells! Correct sun exposure is part of the formula to assist the mitochondria in telling the body that it is safe to live a happy, fulfilled-healthy life-style!
